Partnering Approach

We develop pharmaceutical products based on our Watchmaker® technology platform. Our aim is to develop products that provide significant medical benefit to patients and consumers.

We develop these products together with partners who can provide complementary skills or resources. Partners may be academic or hospital groups, other biotechs or pharmaceutical companies.

We believe our technology, and the products that come out of it, provide compelling value propositions for both ourselves and our partners.

We do not have any fixed model on how the value is divided up. Rather we believe agreements are best designed on a case by case basis to meet the needs and aspirations of the partners involved. Evolva itself seeks to develop a mix of return positions across a range of products and partnerships. We have experience of most of the industry standard approaches.

Partnerships can be based upon:

• Our internal programs and compounds
• Creating and optimizing compounds against partner targets
• Optimizing or scaling existing compounds that a partner may have
• Advancing Watchmaker as a technology
